Customer service at chinook resort needs much improvement. We will not stop visiting Lincoln City but will find another resort to vist. Our entire trip one member of the staff (Faith) in housekeeping was friendly and helpful. We used to love going but this will be our last visit. Buffet has increased in price and food was so so used to be be fantastic. Pet friendly, but cant leave dog in room or in hot car nor allowed in restaurant. Told the front desk and they were not concerned. People that complained had kids in room above us running and stomping all hours in to the nite and woke us before dawn. We have been going there for years first time dog was not allowed to stay on room.

Evidently she whined so we were scolded and told dog could not stay in room. Left our small dog in room in her carrier so we could go to restaurant. Asked for exact amount each room would including a small dog in each.
